A Niagara Regional Police officer convicted in the U.S. for smuggling steroids will be allowed to collect his paycheque at least until his sentencing hearing in February.

When he’s convicted will he have to pay back his salary from Apr 2012 until Feb 2013?
Should a criminal be allowed to collect income as so called “officer of the law”, which really is MY TAX money?

He has been convicted and I doubt he will have to pay back his salary.
