Hey gang, it’s Harry Schlange!

Former Fort Erie chief administrator officer Harry Schlange was hired to take on the top municipal post at Niagara Region.

The announcement was made late Tuesday afternoon in a press release from regional chair Gary Burroughs.

After having been chased away by Fort Erie’s gang of four hare-brained nitwits two years ago, Schlange takes over the post vacated by Mike Trojan three months ago.

It took Fort Erie more than 18 months to replace Schlange.

But I don’t understand how this can be. If the 4 horsemen of the apocalypse had no confidence in him, how would St.Catherines? Idiots

Yes I know. And our councillors are so eminently qualified for public office. Have $100 bucks and be eligible to vote. No resumes required.

Congratulations to Harry Schlange. Happy to see him back in the Niagara Region.

Well if you take in account that the four horsemen of fort erie council plus Ann-Marie Noyes probably applied for the region’s top job, Schlange still scored higher than one hundred or so candidates that may or may not be qualified.
The Niagara Region clearly has its sorted affairs but who else but Schlange, would be a good fit having experienced a dysfunctional council in fort erie since 2010.
Glad to have you back, Harry!
Now let’s get to work on fixing the region as a whole!
