    He should have read the words of Robert Kennedy many years ago, “Never put anything in writing.”Maybe he means Percy. Is there a Percy down there somewhere? lol

    And for that matter, not only is he using the word wrong, he’s spelling it wrong…although not a suprise. It’s spelled Per Se a Latin phrase used in English to mean “in itself”.
